A good one knows the difference between project types and delivery methods, and screens on what you have actually built rather than a job title.

Candidates never pay us anything. Contractors pay a contingency fee, a percentage of first-year base salary agreed in writing before the search begins, due only when the hire starts. Every placement carries a replacement guarantee.
